Dear friends,
As you know I'm a big fan of feeling as a pathway to clearing, and keeping things really simple. In my world, if you can't feel deeply what you are trying to release (and learn to detach from the drama that keeps it and you stuck), clearing is not sustainable.
In that spirit I thought you might like to know about an opportunity to take your clearing practice to a deeper level and a tool that you can practice today, right now.
I just watched a video presentation by the winner of the Britain's Next Top Coach award, Christian Pankurst. It's called the Method. In this video he shares a simple process to help us get in touch with our resistance (and clear it).
Basically he teaches these three simple steps (and why they're so important) (1) tune into that (sometimes icky) feeling place, (2) call up how you want to feel instead, and (3) identify an action step to attract something better. He does a really good job of explaining the difference between feeling and thinking (which we often confuse with feeling).
