Here I am getting my vaccine. The story I want to tell you today is not about getting the Covid shot so much as clearing the noise and uncertainties I carried around that led up to it. It's also a tale about the power of intention. You can read the full story here.

If you watch the video closely you might notice a burst of light at the exact moment that I get the injection. What might look like a technical fluke, I believe is something else – something significant, more real, and intentional – that was going on inside of me.

 

What is going on (that no one can see) is me in-tending, as it were, via this visualization:

 

With all my attention and whole heart, I beam (inject) love into the vaccine as it enters my arm, asking that my body receive the benefits of this substance and filter out any of its disturbing effects. I invite this high frequency of love and light to infuse me; to radiate throughout my entire energy field, and hold as needed for as long is required.

 

Yes, believe it or not, like a flash of light, all of that intentionality happens in a split second.

What is very cool (and I did not see coming), is the visual evidence of what happens when I’m the “spacious zone.” Wild, eh? 😲
