Still—in a way—nobody sees a flower—really—it
is so small—we haven’t the time—and to see
takes time like to have a friend takes time.
—Georgia O’Keeffe
Dear Friends,
This photo of a rose that I took with my iPhone is one of my favorites from a recent visit to London this spring. We were at Queen Mary's garden at Regent's Park and it was raining. The fragrance in the place was intoxicating. It seemed like every single rosebush was singing that day... just for us!
Oh what a rich world there is out there to be witnessed and enjoyed! If only we are clear and spacious enough to see it!
Awareness helps get our eyesight back. So does clearing. Together they work like magic to reduce the smoggy layer of stuckness and attachments that cloud our perceptions and hold us back.
If you'd like to improve your "vision" and experience more of the clarity, beauty, and magic that abounds, keep reading. There are some goodies here to help you see – really see – what is hiding in plain sight.
Happy clearing!
Stephanie

Use your smartphone to tune in rather than tune out

One of the many things I learned from my photography teacher and friend, Elizabeth Watt, is that you can knock yourself out taking photos of magical moments that you want to remember, but when you look at them later, they won't be memorable. They'll be boring and uninspired.
And, dare I say... (if you ask me), these crappy, uninspired images will clutter up your devices, and add to the "smoggy layer" I was talking about. Who needs that?
If you'd like to learn what I learned from my teacher about how to use your smartphone as tool to be more mindful and present... to connect with beauty... to see, really see... you're in luck. Elizabeth will be teaching her course online this summer!

A word about digital clutter
It's all energy. From an energetic standpoint, your digital photos (Word files, folders, bookmarks, apps) that no longer serve you (and are taking up space on your devices) are...clutter. Just because these pixels are not piling up on your dining room table, or tripping you in the hallway does not make them less worthy of your attention to clear them with spacious awareness.
My new book... (yes! it's coming out this fall!) will show you how to process the stuff you don't always "see." Stay tuned for the big reveal in my next newsletter!
